Possible now that LME Stocks is way way down. Well PAN and MCR has recovered from
low 15c to 56c now since 2015. Why do you think the delay in settlement for years.

They would make even more if they sell it to themself cheaply for $250M USD, get back all their SCSN debt and interest, and pay off the other $47M USD Bradesco debt....apparently they can do this even if they are majority share holders as one of them even had the balls to offer a note holder bid of only $30M USD for it........
