It means as supposedly appointed liquidator, FH have been fallen asleep and haven't done right by the SH.....what the hell have they analyst during this 3 years!!!!
Yes, at the end of the day, the creditors will have the final say and sell the mine for $0 if they wanted to, but as liquidator they are meant to analyst the mine's worth to attract buyers and sell it at optimal price!!!!
