6 out of the 7 Adhoc groups are the secure creditors (SCSN) and substantial share holders, all with over 5% of the O/S after the DOCA and there were no disclosure that they cease to be substantial share holders.
Lord Ablett is the other Adhoc group and still a substantial share holder who didn't take up the SCSN.
