Last we heard from them is the sale of the mine for a $250M (USD?) that was supposedly done 8 months ago was being delayed by a Brazil bank (likely Bradesco, the other secure creditor), we are just hope this "strange delay" is good news for us.....given how the REAL and PoN has been behaving.
