There are some things I cannot share as I gave my word for anonymity for a couple that came forward and tried to help.

They had info that was very close to the action, missing monies, the cr offers of gugg, why it was rejected last minute, so on....

It's in liquidation now and that's that..

Our only hope was a class action against the directors but it's all too inconclusive...
Even if clear to us that they were working for and on behalf of the creditors it's a different thing trying to prove it, that's where it all went wrong

We should just never have gone into va and everything should of been done to avoid it, by doing this it basically closed the doors
