Exactly, including capital expenditure which was disclosed around $20M USD per year for production of 20Kt of nickel in concentrate production per year, total operation cost is around $5US/lb (which has been quoted numerous times by the CFO during the last 2+ years while in VA) so NPAT is $1.5US/lb so $66M USD per year net profit (after royalty and tax) and they want to sell it for only $230M USD, something doesn't smell right........
