At last reported COP, and current Real and current cobalt price, that would easily give a profit of $2 per pound of nickel produced. About $80 million - $100 million p.a. in free cash.
imo $23o million for the mine is an absolute steal for the purchaser - and stolen from the poor old MBN share holders!
