Guys,

we need to band together and get an answer - or some answer on where we stand AS OF NOW... there are retail shareholders (like us posting on HC + not active on HC) + BIG holders (not 5% substantial holders but still BIG holders) who would totally have around 10% of the total registry if not larger...

we should think of getting together on a FORMAL basis and be more active rather than sit here and chat if we are going to be millionaires while we may already have been shafted (which many of you have pointed has not happened as there is still no sale but we don't know what is actually happening behind closed doors)... rather than a class action after the horse has bolted, best to raise our heads now and be counted... once they FIND THE RIGHT LOOPHOLE to shaft us (if they haven't already found one in the last 2 years+) then it will be IMPOSSIBLE to win from that position imo... we did this in NEXUS ENERGY (NXS) but it was too late and the big boys ALWAYS (almost always) wins...

I have no clue as to what we can do now - how do we band together? what are our rights? who will give us a minute of their time - Korda Mentha or FH or ???? BUT we need to start making some noise before we receive a letter like we did @ NXS...

someone who is cluey enough please suggest the next best logical step for us other than just sit here and discuss... what happened to Tomboy's legal battles? are they still ongoing? any outcome from that battle that we can proceed on or start something on our own???

sorry guys, don't have much idea nor the right connections but happy to be an active member once someone provides some start in matter of time + energy + proportionate costs $$$ to give a fight until the end like @ NXS...
