And who would ever forget about this so-called Noteholders "bid", of course it was rejected by the other substantial share holders/SCSN as it was a total insulting bid in the first place and this time the buyer isn't an existing share holder?????
And isn't this a conflict of interest bid, i.e not getting the optimal sales price for the mine???
