Agree totally. Quality of management was one of WOW biggest strengths when I first bought them.
His greatest claim to fame so far is turning Dan Murphy's into an alcohol selling giant. Hmmm, selling alcohol to Australians, that sounds real hard.
Also agree with the arrogance factor, they thought they were too big to fail and have been caught with their pants down by WES.
Its one of Australia's greatest brands and I believe still a great business, its just been mis-managed for a while.
Lets hope change for the better is on the way.
