Yes, we can only hope that a white night style deal with a larger gold miner, with some cash left, comes to UXA's rescue. Or a futuristic uranium explorer takes a very longterm view of Nabarlek North and Pandamus West.
A bidder might see something in the losses booked by UXA but so many small explorers in Australia are in cash trouble. I doubt UXA will manage an ASX quote again - my opinion only - and shareholders would be diluted in reference to the 0.2c last ASX closing price.
This has been the worse mining decline since the late 1980s and UXA have promised so much at times but have failed to make a meaningful discovery.
I note some big shareholdings in the top 20 and this, so far, is a tragic loss for many.
