I agree legume- if it were not for the scheme offer then I would never touch this stock. This stock is just an arbitrage opportunity for me. I can't see this deal falling over unless a heap of minority shareholders vote against it. But why would they? The stock will fall to 6c if the scheme fails and most of those minority shareholders have probably been replaced by arbitrage hunters like myself.
