Legume, from all your posts, you are obviously against this deal. Thats up to you. If you bought at the top of the market and rode the shares down to $0.09 then Im sorry for your loss. On the 1st of this month you stated in disclosure that you held stock (with a buy sentiment) and now you hold no stock (with a sell sentiment).
As for the rest of us, we can make a quick 10%+ on our money. The shareholder base has hopefully increased- it will be voted through and Agathis looks like they have the funds to complete.
