We don't know and Nexbis admit that they don't know whether Agathis Three actually have the cash for the deal. From what I know and remember, the reported assets of the group are two properties in Thailand. And your average house in Thailand is worth about $30k AUD from memory. You do the math. If the deal is for real, then an outside source will capitalize Agathis Three at some stage.
