I think you are right about governance issues being critical. Remember that this company has lost $10m, which is more than the market cap, in the last 2 years.
It appears that no serious investor will come near NuSep. One can only guess it's because of governance...or perhaps something worse that we don't know about?
RB, what is John's story on why he can't get any institutions to invest in NuSep?
And I am concerned that $7k is enough to "drive" the price up, but I'll take it.
