Mate, you've got to understand: there's demand for loads of things in Africa - TV, clean water, internet, etc. The problem is, there's no infrastructure to provide it and no government money to build it.
That's why Orca has had to start building local gas pipelines around Dar Ees Salaam. KEY doesn't have the money for that.
No point putting more gas into the pipe, if it can't be used at the other end, due to a lack of infrastructure.
Gas in Tanzania is a no go for a company of KEY's resources. They either need oil or gas in a modern country, like Italy.
