CORNERSTONE RESOURCES [TSX] CANADA
News announcement after Trading Halt a few minutes ago, Fri, 14 July 2017:
"Cornerstone Resources Enters into Lock-Up Agreement"
-"The 6.8% interest in Solgold owned by the Lock Up Holder COMBINED with the 11.23% interest held by Cornerstone REPRESENTS a STRATEGIC 18.03% in Solgold & together with Carried Interest in Cascabel held by Cornerstone represents an approximate 30% interest in the Cascabel concession." Also, the Lock Up will continue until Aug 28, 2017.

Note: If you look up the table [appox] listing I did last night you can guess who the 6.8% holder of Solgold is re the Cornerstone Announcement a few mins ago.
Trading in Cornerstone has also been resumed with a Lifting of the Trading Halt. In my last post of today, I gave the link.
