So we are going to list on LSE tomorrow and directors have been converting the 1P options and by the looks of it couldnt sell them quick enough !


The Board of SolGold plc (SolGold or the Company) wishes to advise that Mr. Robert Weinberg and Mr. John Bovard, have each exercised options over 880,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, of which half were granted at 14p each and half were granted at 28p each on 8 July 2014, following approval by shareholders. The Company has issued and allotted new 1,760,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company as a result of the exercise of shares options by the two Directors. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and admission is expected on or around 29 June 2017. The Company was also notified that Mr. Robert Weinberg and Mr. John Bovard have each sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price 39.6p each. Following the exercise of options and the sale of ordinary shares, Mr Robert Weinberg’s shareholding is 5,026,091 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% per cent of the Company’s total voting rights, and Mr John Bovard’s shareholding is 4,588,813 Ordinary Shares, representing representing 0.30% per cent of the Company’s total voting rights.
