It's just a dual listing on both LSE and TSX. Shares can be traded on both stock exchanges. No new shares will be issued. Therefore it will not affect DGR. Shares of SOLG with have more exposure in Canada and the USA. Most of them are not willing to buy on the LSE or ASX.
