Yeah, I heard a story that a friend of a friend owns land where one of the coke bottling facilities and leased it to coca cola. The guy could definitely afford to buy it but the rumour is second hand. I would say it is worth following up but then again I don't think it is worth it given they are only carrying a value of 200million against all the land.
