I had a quick look

note 12 of the 2012 annual report on page 66 gives the numbers for freehold and leasehold land and buildings but it does not distinguish between the two but i would say they own it.

CCA has facilities all over Australia, with key sites at Northmead (NSW), North sydney (NSW), Richlands (Qld), Moorabbin (VIC), Thebarton (SA) and Kewdale (WA).
