The auditors were unable to verify the nature of any intangible assets listed for NBS because they were not given access to information!!!

Trustdefender is valued at about 14 million dollars, which is made up of a "loan" to NBS of about the same amount that is counted as an asset. Thus Trustdefender is worth ZERO!!
