Your quite right in your criticism, however I have said before ALK share price will rise not so much on what the management does but what is going on around the world!
Trump has legislated that Rare Earths cannot be sourced from rival foreign Govts! This will be the same as when China held REE supplies from Japan and Alk went to over $2! When this shortage happens funding may be easier and a share placement may occur gaining financing of a separation plant as well as foreign investment!
There may only be a short period for this to happen but happen it will( IMO. DYOR).
