I've been using a custom unix script set to pull similar data from the Fin Review site and several other data sources. The Yahoo data looks interesting and potentially useful. Some queries:
1. Where can one find a list of the countries/exchange codes that can be used on Yahoo?
2. A list of the company codes that are quoted on Yahoo?
As an example I tried your example with several australian companies as daily and 5 minute data. But it didn't work with the ASX indice codes.
Searching the internet revealed a host of other possible queries that can be made through this API, but not a reference to exchange codes or stock lists.Sites such as
