Has anyone noticed that simply visiting the Infowars site immediately causes a high speed download that doesn't seem to be related to the buffering of the videos?

My download speed is limited to just over 4Mbps and that's what it maxes out at (as seen on Windows 10 task manager). Then clicking on each video in turn shows that none have buffered at all. I've even used the html "inspect" function in Chrome to delete the videos off the page but the maxed out download continues and won't stop until I close the page.

If anyone else sees it I'm wondering if the site has been hacked to make viewing videos difficult. It's been like it for a few weeks now.
