    It wasn't me, THIS TIME, but I am aware of someone that has a nice little booty of cash and is willing to buy up into GWR. "He should have brought a bigger bag."

    I did give a warning to the person that keeps dangling large sell orders in the mix and then suddenly pulls them, because those large sell orders can and will be pulled out from under your nose if you are not careful.
