Aldi business model that I've seen
- Stand alone small building like most IGAs.
- Unable to get passing foot traffic or impulse buyers that shopping centres give you.
- Small car park but some do have BMWs ( German manager )
- av spend is 8 x 3 litre milks just like a small IGA
