Definitely agree that they stagnated in the "golden years". Could have pretty much wiped out Coles if they made more effective moves around that time. The company does however still have many of the ingredients that made it such a great company years ago. Think the process will be very much gradual and possible "two steps forward one back" but I cant find fault with most of the initiatives in the first year of the proposed five year turnaround
