Pretty simple. If you behave, you will be rewarded (maintain a good relationship with a broker and get good allocations moving forward). If you misbehave and stag stock - you won't be rewarded and won't be given allocations on hot IPO's in the future. Judging by the indications of what is under the ground, you would be stupid to stag this on day 1 anyway.
