I've been researching this company to see if I should buy it and it seems that they're focusing a lot of their energy on the US market. A quick google search said that some of their US competitors include Cerner, McKesson, Allscripts and EpicCare - the last competitor, EpicCare, has a pretty impressive market share in the US already (they apparently hold medical records of 54% of US patients).
Does anyone know what features Alcidion is pushing to differentiate itself from its more established US competitors?
If they can't compete with the already established US companies, their market share would be mostly Australian hospitals which isn't bad but takes away a massive amount of upside...
Thoughts?
