The capital raising price is disappointing, it will be interesting to see how Allure, Buzza and Pattersons sell the acquisition. 11 Hospitals as customers so far is good, but I would like to see more information on how they plan to expand on this (before their ambitious US plans). I would hope there is plans to do more in the local market than just push overseas where things are rarely as simple as expected.

Anyone have any expertise or experience in the sector? e-health and tech in the space is definitely an interesting area, the question to me is whether Alcidion is the best vehicle to be involved with. Looks like it might be a difficult question to answer without more information being made available.

Anyone have any expertise or experience in the sector?- Nathan Buzza! I'm happy to let pros with a solid record manage my stock for an extended stay as shareholder. Sure, its not as fun as all other sugar rush shell games but its a SMSF play for mine and the current cap fully diluted should emerge as compelling value for tech funds.
