The Transaction will see Alcidion valued at $12m with a $7m in cash post listing. This follows a recent $1.5million raising  by existing shareholders and founders.

Revenue in 2015 of $5million up from $3.8million in 2014, expenditure not revealed in announcements to date.

The capital raising price is disappointing, it will be interesting to see how Allure, Buzza and Pattersons sell the acquisition. 11 Hospitals as customers so far is good, but I would like to see more information on how they plan to expand on this (before their ambitious US plans). I would hope there is plans to do more in the local market than just push overseas where things are rarely as simple as expected.

Anyone have any expertise or experience in the sector? e-health and tech in the space is definitely an interesting area, the question to me is whether Alcidion is the best vehicle to be involved with. Looks like it might be a difficult question to answer without more information being made available.
