That cross trade is bizarre! Why Sell the majority of their holdings at 4.5c when they have been able to sell at 6c on market? Thats a 25% discount which is much larger than a normal company capital raising discount.
I'm sure most investors here would be over the moon to be able to buy at 4.5c today!
I certainly would not be happy if I had money invested in their fund!
Interested to see who bought and if they will hold for the long term or sell quickly for some short term profits.
