I should expand on that.
It took a lot less volume to sell it back down and fill the gap than it did to buy it up the day before. So if it is one big buyer, they may not be playing games, but just be accumulating and want a smooth gap free rise (yay!). By my calculation the action to close the gap would still see them with more shares than they held before.
