Your estimate is correct as far as we can tell from the figures given by Oilex - also the well has flowed for 85 days or more and the present rate although water inhibited is around 160boepd at 220psi.
To me this means a better well design (with a triple length lateral and slimmer casing to promote liquids production), and frac program requiring less water injection etc - would be very commercial.

The confirmation or not will come at the end of the 30 day production test.
