CC, I wasn't aware of that rule. That certainly helps the minority holders quite a lot. Can the related parties rules operate in retrospect, i.e. if a deal was arranged, then subsequent to being approved Albers obtained an interest in that entity? No doubt there would be a bunch of investigating involved if it was, but just want to clarify?
I agree though, Albers is the kind of person I would like to have steering the ship!
