Previously reported, MOG shareholders took up 35,338,778 shares in the RI.
Another 33,333,334 shares were placed thru Morgans to SI's.
Today, the 3Y shows Albers Group accounted for 21,841,825 of the RI and another 120,000,000 from the RT agreement.
Therefore, retail MOG shareholders only account for ~15,000,000 of the RI.
