albers & related entities: 59%

According to today's ann., Mr Albers and related entities
own almost 170 mil MOG shares out of a 288 mil total: that's a hefty 59%.
So one would have to reasonably assume that Mr Albers approved the recent 5% sale of Artemis to MEO.

Which begs the question:-

"What's going to happen to the remaining 5%?

With 288 mil shares @ 9 cents that values the company @
$25.9 mil & assuming that the remaining 5% Artemis is also worth $7 mil, that leaves the remainder grossely undervalued @ $18.9 mil!
