My thoughts are that the Farm-out my not be too everyone's liking, regardless though a deal needs to be done to protect any downside. I have no idea what the Farm-out will look like though.

Even if the Winx drill is a success, it is held by the Consortium Partners within the Nanushuk trend/play.
The Icewine leases are in the Seebee/Torok/ HRZ, the Nanushuk is pinched off by the uplift in the Torok formation, so it's a different structure.
We do have the latest 3D seismic.

I don't see any success at Winx having any direct affect on the Icewine negotiations. Although it may for shareholders

I'd rather see some level of confidence with a Farmee commit to drilling the already permitted wells next season.

I just can't see Dave letting it all roll on Winx.

But equally you may well be right.
