If they had a deal, it would be announced. If all the dance partners have left the room, it would be announced as a variation to earlier guidance. Continuous disclosure and all that. If they don't have a deal, they have nothing to announce. A mid-negotiation announcement? That would be unique! Can you draft what you think such an announcement would say? And who would be the beneficiaries of such an announcement?
