I'm starting to feel this. 2.2 billion barrels (or is it 1.2? can't fact check as I'm on the move)?! we should have companies lined up around the block! yet either we don't, or there are so many making such great offers that they can't make headway.
the second of those two possibilities brings the old saying to mind... if it's too good to be true, it usually is.
