    Thinking 88e shareholders should be seriously considering, as should the BoD, significant reduction in remuneration and no more option or share incentives. However, on actual success remuneration should be increased significantly, and include option and share incentives.

    In the past, remuneration increases and equity incentives were driven by anticipatory success, rather than actual success,. David is being paid as much, if not more, than all employees and BoD combined at RMP.
