It's far more likely that the dice rolled favourably on that occasion, that's all. It's a low percentage game and don't forget, it was 3 companies which decided on Winx... Would you sack all management from 3 companies because the dice didn't roll favourably on this one occasion? Whether you realise it or not, that in effect is what you are suggesting.
