A lot of differing opinions here. The simple fact non of these opinions will change the fact we are where we are at present, or will see us holders rewarded at time soon imo. Unfortunately the company and their leaders control our destiny of success or failure. Only but time keeps ticking along.

MC isn’t a true measure especially in our case when talking rem etc, do hundreds of cap raises measures this. Lol. Is what one does with a MC and performs is what counts in my opinion. Our MC is BS in my opinion

All we can do is vote accordingly at AGM’s and wait for the never ending FO saga to be announced yes or no. Investors all have a right to an opinion and boards should always listen.

Disagree in the opinions that DW/Boards are not accountable. They absolutely are always accountable and I am sure DW takes that position seriously.

Anyway imo smart honest leaders who truly care about investors don’t need holders to tell them to take pay cuts etc when bank balance falls and delivering successive years poor performance take appropriate measures on their own out of respect of what they are responsible to delivering to holders. If they don’t then we vote accordingly in my opinion. No director gets a right of passage. Of course they are all accountable as they should.

Now our Geo’s up for re election after 3 yrs of failures. Not acceptable to me. I support change as any sensible investor should in my opinion. Deliver or step down. It’s about growing a business and rewarding investors simple as that in my opinion. Unable to do that then step aside and let the broom sweep.
