Dave's salary is ludicrous, imagine the message that would send to the market. We the board and Dave have decided to take a reduction in pay on the basis that we will be rewarded when we have success. This will clearly never happen, and the success component is looking less likely by the day. The market cap of 95 mill really doesn't tell the truth when you have 6 billion shares out there, if our shares were trading at half a cent we would still have a good market cap in some eyes.
