FDA registration is only required for systems sold in the USA no where else. UL1069 also only applies to the USA but some middle eastern countries think its a plus but its not mandatory.

There is no demand for the old generation systems as they don't cut it as far as new technology goes. However the fact they are making them end of life will allow the competition to now "have a field day" with those legacy markets as many customers will resent that they are forced to upgrade.

Once apon a time this was a company ahead of its game but now they trail more advanced competitors and they are quickly losing market share.

This company had a near death experience several years ago when the share price fell to 3c im sure this will happen again.
