Hi everyone

I listenned to the interview and the very first one from 2017 or 2018, I can’t really remember.

BID really looks interesting.

I am just curious about how they will improve the product over time, because user experience is still very relevant in B2B, especially for a product needing a user interface like the analytics dashboard. When doing a bit of research, I didn’t see any Designer, or User Experience Researcher on the employees list. So I guess, lots of the product design and interface design is done by Software Engineers and Product Owners which is not ideal for the end user. Just a thoughts for the future, I am also conscious that a lot of B2B softwares have crappy user experience. 

Anyway, willing to be wrong, as usual let’s share our thoughts.
