Many of whom seem to roll the dice with their funds, as they did with the CANN Group last year when it was still widely regarded as a penny dreadful because very few had bothered to study their business platform. Eight months on, and they are now up 1100% for shareholders who took the time to understand the business model

With UCM and this current China nexus from a skilled heathcare operator there, it seems logical to me that he is positioning himself as an expert for great rewards from his newly acquired stake in Uscom. A penny dreadful company, with products good enough to be used in the International Space Station
