    So in 2007 Dennis Orford had this "knowledge" of shoddy and dangerous plant equipment, and also that it was akin to an intentional fraud to manipulate the stockmarket. Did he in his professional ethics undertaking, report this there and then to both the Qld govt and to ASIC? Did you Mr Orford? I am wondering what exactly he did with this "knowledge". Why had he become a witness all this time later?
