    Ferrovial will only buy your shares if they get 50.1 percent. Which is highly improbable.

    Given instos say no deal.

    So this is what might happen if you accept Ferrovial. You will wait until end of takeover period and Ferrovial will hand back ur shares 2-3 months down the track and say unfortunately we dont want them because they didnt get control with their tire kicker offer.
